This Cookie Policy explains how Voodi ("Voodi", "we", "us") uses cookies and similar technologies on our website, dashboard, storefronts, and related services (together, the "Service").
1. What are cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies, such as local storage, session storage, and pixels, are used for the same kinds of purposes described below.
2. Strictly necessary
These are always on because the Service can't work without them: keeping you signed in to the dashboard, remembering your language, keeping your cart and checkout details on a storefront, remembering your cookie choice, and a bot-protection challenge (Cloudflare Turnstile) on certain forms.
3. Cookieless statistics
We count storefront page views and menu scans with our own first-party counter, which uses no cookies or persistent identifiers — only temporary flags that are cleared when you close the tab. We may also use Cloudflare's cookieless web analytics.
4. Analytics cookies (with your consent)
If you accept, we use Google Analytics on our website, dashboard, and storefronts to understand how the Service is used. It sets cookies named _ga and _ga_<id>, which last up to two years. Nothing is loaded unless you accept.
5. Restaurant tags on storefronts (with your consent)
Restaurants can add their own analytics or advertising tags to their storefronts, such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Snapchat Pixel, Pinterest Tag, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, Plausible, Matomo, or a custom pixel. These load only after you accept cookies on that restaurant's storefront, and the restaurant is responsible for them.
6. Your choices
When you first visit, you can accept or reject non-essential cookies — rejecting is as easy as accepting. You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of our website and storefronts, or in the account menu of the dashboard. You can also delete cookies through your browser settings; blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent sign-in or checkout from working.
