These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Voodi ("Voodi", "we", "us"), including our website, dashboard, storefronts, mobile app, and related services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and, where it applies, our Data Processing Agreement.
1. Accounts
The Service is for businesses and the people who work for them. You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding contract. You're responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity under your account, including activity by team members you invite.
2. Your content
You retain ownership of the menus, images, prices, and store information you upload or generate ("Your Content"). You grant us a license to host, display, and serve Your Content as needed to operate the Service, including to the customers who view your storefront. You're responsible for Your Content being accurate and lawful — including prices, allergen and dietary information, and any content you publish after generating it with our AI tools.
3. AI features
Some features use third-party AI models to suggest descriptions, translations, categories, and menu structures, or to summarize customer feedback. AI output can be wrong or incomplete. Review it before publishing, especially allergen, dietary, and pricing information. You remain responsible for what appears on your storefront.
4. Orders and your customers
Voodi provides the tools; any sale is between you and your customer. You're responsible for fulfilling orders, refunds, taxes, food safety, and complying with consumer-protection law. Online payments are handled by third-party payment providers under their own terms. For personal data your customers submit through the Service, you are the controller and we process it on your behalf under our Data Processing Agreement, which forms part of these Terms.
5. Plans and billing
Paid plans renew automatically for the billing period you select unless cancelled beforehand. Fees and currency are shown at checkout. Downgrading a plan may reduce the number of stores, branches, or features available to your account.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to publish unlawful, misleading, or infringing content, to send spam, to interfere with the Service's operation or security, or to attempt to access accounts or data that aren't yours.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the Service or other users. Export any content you want to keep before closing your account; after closure we delete account data as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind and aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes by email or in the dashboard before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
